  29.      Please read the users' manual. But if you can't wait to get a quick
  30.      look at Profonedit Plus (PFE+), do this:
  31.  
  32.      Put PFEPLUS.EXE, PFEPLUS.HLP, and PCPLUS.DIR all in the current
  33.      directory. Command:
  34.  
  35.                         PFEPLUS /I
  36.  
  37.      The /I is only required if you have an IBM CGA display adaptor, or a
  38.      too-close compatible. If you have almost any other display adaptor,
  39.      you can omit the /I and PFE+'s display will be faster.

  41.      If you have a color monitor, include /C on the command line, with or
  42.      without the /I, as appropriate:

  44.                         PFEPLUS PCPLUS /C
  45.  
  46.      Press a key when instructed to do so on the opening screen. When the
  47.      PCPLUS.DIR display is presented, you may press AltZ, F1, or AltH to
  48.      display the start of PFE+'s help system.

  50.      "HERC" USERS NOTE:

  52.      Depending on a variety of factors, "Herc" users may find best results
  53.      from starting PFE+ thus:

  57.      After you've had your quick look at PFE+, read the users' manual.
  58.      There you will find directions for using PFE+ to look at your
  59.      PCPLUS.DIR file instead of ours, for using the values in your
  60.      PCPLUS.PRM file to control PFE+ colors and sound, and for using other
  61.      features of PFE+.

  63.      We are sure you will want to use PFE+ frequently. Please remember
  64.      that unregistered use of PFE+ is only for evaluation purposes, and
  65.      that continued use requires registration. In PFE+, you may press AltR
  66.      to start the registration process and print out a registration form.
  67.      You will also find a registration form in the users' manual.

  69.      Your registration of PFE+ will entitle you to receive a current copy
  70.      on diskette, by postpaid mail, at the time of your choosing. (Ie, you
  71.      don't have to take a duplicate of what you've already got.) It will
  72.      also entitle you to support by email, USPS mail, and voice telephone,
  73.      as well as helping to assure future development of PFE+.

  82.      Profonedit Plus is $15 per copy, shipped prepaid on diskette in
  83.      the US or to Canada. Orders from other countries require an
  84.      additional $5 for shipping. Purchase orders (written) are
  85.      accepted only from government agencies and schools. (There is a
  86.      $5 surcharge for invoiced orders.) Payment must be in US dollars.
  87.      Except for bankcard orders (see next paragraph), American Express
  88.      money orders, or Canadian Postal money orders, payment must be in
  89.      cash or with instruments drawn on US institutions. (Payment in US
  90.      funds with instruments drawn on foreign institutions will not be
  91.      accepted.)
